Financial Policy

Pediatric and Orthodontic Dental Fees

Just as we are committed to providing you with quality dental care, we are concerned with keeping your costs reasonable. We accomplish this by eliminating costly billing procedures and requesting payment at the time of your visit. Every effort will be made to inform you of the estimated fees for each appointment, provide a treatment plan, which fits your timetable and budget, and gives your child the best possible care. Fees quoted to you in advance of the visit are an estimate; actual fees incurred will be determined at the conclusion of each visit. For your convenience, we accept American Express, Discover, VISA, MasterCard, and debit cards.

Dental Insurance

If you have the benefit of insurance, we will file your claim, and, in most cases, accept assignment of payment. You will only need to pay your deductible and the percentage required by your policy. Insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. We are not a party to this contract. We will contact your insurance company to obtain benefit information. Your benefits obtained are subject to change by your employer or group policy. We will not become involved in disputes between you and your insurance company. If your insurance company does not pay us within 60 days, you are responsible for the balance.

Patient Financing Programs

As a service to our patients, we offer CareCredit and Springstone, the nation’s leading patient payment programs. With these plans you can finance 100% of your dental care; there are no up front costs, no annual fees, and no pre-payment penalties. So, you can begin your child’s treatment today and conveniently pay with low monthly payments. It only takes a few minutes to apply and you’ll receive an online decision in seconds!

Responsible Party

Please note that whichever parent accompanies the patient to their appointment and signs the financial agreement will be considered the responsible party for payment of the patient’s account.
